Vacation lot not loading back

I sent my sims on vacation and tried to visit the secret community lot that they find randomly. Spend some time there and when I wanted to go back to the vacation lot it goes through loading screen that looks like finished but doesn't load the lot! I have the mouse changing but after some time the loading music mixes with other sounds and after waiting couple of time small screen appears showing my other sim miserable. After I clicked on it, it crashed.

    Hi, I have the same problem. I tried everithing, and  i want to save my family, dont want to uninstal.

    I have a solution, you need to delete the place or world, Island that your family are. After you deleted it you can continue to play with your houshold. :)

    Thank you! I wish I knew sooner! I searched everywhere and couldn't find a solution, so I refunded the game 🤐 I will buy it again once they sort all these out🤞
