I really don't know what to do and how I should feel about EA.. how is it possible that after four hours of playing after update my kids are disappearing again? EA if you want to fix your game then FIX IT 🙃 I tried what other people said about OneDrive and antivirus but still even after update kids disappeared. I lost my save again..this game is really unplayable

Are you referring to this fix?
If so, that fix was not retroactive and will require a new save. If this is happening on a new save post today's patch please let me know and also provide a DXDiag so we can reopen the investigation.

They just had an update ? I’ve been having the same issue since I got it too with the disappearing kids ! I want to play so bad but that makes it unplayable. If they had an update let me try again
I’m about to try to make sims and see if the disappearing still happens I will let you know as well
