Business employees don't switch to their uniform

In the Legacy Collection, clicking on an Open For Business employee and utilizing the "Management -> Set Uniform" interaction displays a dialog that lets you plan their work uniform. Sims are supposed to switch to their new uniform after this interaction and at work, however they never do that and will stay in their everyday outfit.

It's worth nothing that while this wasn't an issue in the Ultimate Collection and earlier releases, there was a different bug where Sims would have a different face structure, missing eyebrows and the wrong eye color when wearing business uniforms.
