Can only see 1/4 of screen

Since the update I now can only see 1/4 of my screen. I can only see the top left so I am unable to even reach settings to see if that would fix this. I really do not want to uninstall and reinstall since I’ve been playing the same family for ages. How do I fix this?

    I think I’ve tried that but I will go give it another go when I get home. Enter was allowing me to get into the places but I still wasn’t able to do anything but I will try using Alt with it.
