Can't even open through "install" option in Epic...

Game is now completely unplayable... can't lauch it no matter what I try.
Normally this can be resolved by opening the Epic Games app after installing, going to your Epic library and clicking install again on the Sims 2, after which it should load... but now it doesn't. They should REALLY have this fixed as soon as possible...
