Corrupted files
- I just bought the new birthday bundle The Sims is working but not The Sims 2. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice but keep getting the same error message.

I also had this problem with my game as well today. After installing and reinstalling, I contacted support, and they said this was an ongoing issue and that they have no solution on how to fix this yet.
