wholahaybrown This may be related to CAS items unlocked through promotions. I believe EA is aware of it, but there is currently no workaround that I know of.
You can add the crash logs from Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2 Legacy\Logs\ into a ZIP file and attach them in your reply.
