Crashing The sims 2 legacy

Apparently, in the game there is a bug. That is a fact. Will EA do something about it? 

I bought the game for 40 EUR and I am not sure, if it is worth it, I feel like i've been robbed actually. 

I played first 4 hours. Then forced error pop up showed, and I tried to click on reset or cancel, but nothing happened. So i had to click on delete, and it deleted completely my new family. That was bumer, but I was like okay, one more time. It was "only" fours hours of gameplay. 

I made exactly the same sim. I put the sim into different house (be informed, that previous house was still in neighborhood!!!). I started to date the same sims as in previous file, and when they were on date, the sim had locked a wish from my previous game!!! (how did this happen?)

When i was returning from the lot, it crashed again, without any message. I had to close the game, and when i open it again, another 4 hours of play was gone. I play without any mod or adjustments. Just raw game. And I saved the game like every 10 minutes.

I am utterly disappointed, that EA takes money from players, but they really dont care about players. :)  So my question is, is there any way how to play it without crashing??
