Create-a-Sim UI cant zoom to sims face during hairstyle or makeup

I am having problem in the create-a-Sims, I was unable to zooms in the my sims face to do edit, in the picture is the closest it get. I have not been play the game for more than a week due work, and today when I update the game it happen. I been uninstall it, remove cc and everything still not work. I'm having a problem with the Create-a-Sim feature. I am unable to zoom in on my Sim's face for editing; the picture shows the closest I can get. I haven't played the game in over a week due to work, and today, after updating the game, this issue started. I've uninstalled the game, removed custom content, and tried everything, but it still doesn't work.
