@real_kathrynann The items matter as there are some items that require meshes and those would be hairs and clothes if they aren't recolors of Maxis outfits or hairs. And that would be a common reason why some CC is not showing up.
Or you forgot to unpack it accidentally if it was in a compressed folder would be the other common thing and that could happen to any type of CC.
