Hi AntrixElMinion,

If you have mods/CC in the game, please try without them. If that doesn't help, create a new Sims 2 folder in your documents. If that doesn't help either, please try repairing or reinstalling the game via the EA app.

Could you please let me know if you have the Ultimate Collection or the Legacy Collection?
