EA App inThe game failed to successfully launch from EA App

Hi, I keep getting this error when I try to play the game. I have only been able to play three times and every time I had to spend 30+ min trying to launch the game. Could anyone recommend me any long-term solutions, please? Can I launch it without the EA app if that is the problem?

Restarting my PC, setting the compatibility to vista, cleaning EA app cache didn't work. Launching the Sims2EP9.exe as an administrator worked once. Once in game, it runs smoothly.
