Edge scrolling not working since today's patch update

I have the same issue and not only this.. since the new update the game is crashing again, the bus for school/car for jobs are not coming... if I try to go anyway with the car it needs "2 hours" to get out etc... its really annoying

You have to also use right mouse key to scroll and it's a little jumpy if you ask me. Also to miss the gameplay montage while game loads you used to be able to hit right arrow beside num locks pad. Now you have to use mouse and left click during montage. Fix for both problems is the mouse.

Its been over two weeks and still not a single word from EA.. sigh

I found that while in build mode, if you hold the right mouse key down it will scroll. It used to scroll without holding down a key, and just point the cursor to the edge of the screen it would scroll. So it is a change in the way it scrolls, but at least it will scroll now.

I have found you can edge scroll using right mouse button. I found you can skip the gameplay montage at the beginning of loading by left mouse click. As for the inability to use the key board there is copy and paste for in putting names and cheats. It sucks they messed the game up so bad. 

To scroll using the key board use w for up, d for right, s for down, a for left.
