Error code (makes me delete my sim)

The game was working great when I first downloaded it. All the sudden I went to play the game after making my sims and I left the lot, came back and now it’s erroring and the error gives the option of “cancel, reset, or delete”. So I tried the first two, nothing worked. So I had to hit delete and now I have no sim. Happened multiple times…this is fun…
