So it seems to be fixed? I let the game run a bit more and got this error window. I clicked reset a couple of times, then delete and it seems to have fixed the issue. I do not know what that was. One of my sims just came back from work, my guess is that she was meant to get something related to her career ? (Promotion, memory? I don't know) but it was causing issues.
