Game play worse after update? Can’t play at all after imputing cheat code

Everytime I type boolproptestingcheatsenabledtrue cheat in the game started glitching saying files corrupted delete or reset and it pops up every 2 minutes or less. Playing without it and my sims are glitching everywhere. They can’t eat. They glitch and reset doing all activities and the game still struggles to load up different venues so I can’t travel. My game play is actually worse since the update
