Getting sims 2 discs working on windows 10

Is it possible for sims 2 discs to work on windows 10. I have seen tutorials and read about the ultimate collection on windows 10 but cant find anything about the disc version, as I missed out on uc it might be the only way I can play sims 2 again. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Yes, but note Windows 10 has a built in feature to stop any disc that contains SafeDisk DRM from running. That is why you will have to find a tutorial to get around Windows 10. There are plenty of those here on this site to help you get it to work.
