Hi Sadly not but I did manage to get through to EA through Live Chat: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/solutions/
It was difficult to speak with them they don't give you a lot of time to type and I had to keep re-explaining the problem every time they transferred me to someone else even though they told me I wouldn't need to. I did eventually get through though and they were nice and helpful.
When I explained the issue they told me to try this:
- Ensure that both the EA app and Steam are closed.
- Press the Windows key and "R" simultaneously on your keyboard.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotation marks) into the newly opened window and press ENTER.
- Move the "License" folder to your desktop.
- Restart your PC and check if the changes have resolved the issue.
Unfortunately this still didn't resolve the issue in my case and when I contacted them back they said it appears to be a potential bug, they will document and investigate it further. They couldn't say when it would be resolved but that updates would appear in-game.
I hope this helps you out.
