How to make sims 2 townies with family trees?

I'm trying to start a custom hood and idk how.

    Yes, that's a good option.
    Just a tip: With SimBlender, you can also set relationships, not just turn them into Townies.

i would also like generations like the sims made by the sims team in sims 2, with lore
