I cant even delete/or right click on the sims 2 :/

idk if anyone was gone thru the same issue when the sims 2 re release was launched on the ea app but after i bought the game and tried downloading it, it would not launch at all. :/ i don't remember what the error entails (this happened a while ago), but what i do remember is that I'm not even able to left or right click on the game icon from my library. it's just sitting there completely untouched. That being said, if right clicking doesn't work, that also means that i cannot access the property files nor DELETE the game off my library. Now that it's been a while, I assume  I'm not eligible for a refund unfortunately :(. However i don't really know what to do from here, I have very limited storage on my pc. Is there anyway that this can be resolved??
