Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error

I know myself and some other people are getting the attached runtime error. I have tried everything listed below.

• Repairing Visual C++ files.
• Uninstalling and Reinstalling Visual C++ files. 
• Removing all mods and CC.
• Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Sims 2.
• Switching what drive I have my game installed to.
• Deleting Sims 2 Legacy folder from Documents folder.

The error pops up when

•  I've been playing about three household and am transitioning to a new house.
• A new neighborhood is generating an adoption pool for the animal adoption service
• Going through the clothing rack at a community lot (I have a lot of clothes)

So, in short, the error seems to occur when I'm using a lot of RAM. I have more than enough RAM to deal with this. But, this is when the error occurs.
