Mr humble is keep coming
I played the sims 2 four h straight and then mr humble start to keep coming and give computer, even mod cant help with it

I installed the No Rod Humble hack (sorry, I've had it for a decade and don't know where I got it.) That stopped the issue in my game.
Same happened to me, I also installed the No Rod Humble mod and he finally disappeared
