I reinstalled the game, I even reinstalled the EA app
I contacted the support team, but they said that they will fix this bug and that I am not the only person going through this
Please share some advices or if youre encountering the same issue
I just purchased the birthday bundle and I'm having the exact same issue with the Sims 2. And when I try to launch the other game it won't even launch at all for me😓
So relieved to see I'm not the only one having this issue. But SO frustrated dealing with this when I was so excited to play! 😭

I have the same problem. Tried to reinstall the game and EA app but nothing works. Sims 1 works fine for me

i have the same issue but sims 1 works i want to play it on a new computer not on the old one i hope they fix this asap. i am not the only one who want to play this sooo badly!!
