not launching?

I bought the sims and sims 2 through the bundle. Sims works perfectly fine but when i go to play sims to my screen just freezes and nothing loads. I dont know why! i swear if i have to end up buying something else my empty wallet will cry. I'll attach a screenshot of what pops up when i hover over the game in the toolbar.
