It's hard to know if this is normal or not. The game throws errors all the time, it's just part of gameplay. But when testing cheats are off, the game handles them itself. It only pops up and asks what to do when testing cheats are on. The question is, if you turn testing cheats off, what happens? Can you still see that there is an error occurring? Do Sims suddenly stop what they are doing and reset a lot? Are there certain things you cannot even do because of it? Edited to add: Or is this error popping up without testing cheats on? I've never had that happen, but figured I'd ask.
