Problem graphic SIMS 2

Hello,

I just purchased The Sims 2 My Heritage pack on the EA App, but when I try to launch the game, I either get a transparent screen or a gray/black screen, and nothing appears.

I checked my Task Manager and noticed that the game is running in 32-bit instead of 64-bit. Is this normal? Could this be causing the issue?

Here is my setup:

• Processor: Intel i7-13700KF
• GPU: RTX 4070 Ti Super
