I remember about a decade ago there was Sims 2 Ultimate edition or smth that had all packs, kits and whatever for Sims 2. Is there any way of acquiring all of Sims 2 series on my laptop with no cd-reader on it (so searching for cds is out of the options)?
If you got the Ultimate Collection on your EA account back when it was available, you still have it in your EA account. If you did not get the UC then, your only legal option is to buy the new release Legacy game. There is help online for getting and installing the little bit of missing content in the Legacy game (Ikea Stuff pack, some Holiday clothes, a bit of music but EA seems to be gradually getting those music rights back and adding them in in the patches.)
