Refund

i try this for Sims1 not work for me, but sims 2 just crash 1 one time yesterday when travel to the gym, i restart the game and strat with broke family and its go perfectly but i want refund still, its nonsense that u paid money for something that u dont know if they even try fix this mess.. very dissapointed, so i will wait to next week and then when we will know more maybe buy it again whe they fix it .. they have for solve refund 48 hours .. I think they should address this immediately because many people are requesting refunds and complaining that the game is not working. In the end, this could even go to court for scamming users out of their money.

I'm gutted the game was bought and downloaded for both sims 1 and sims 2 to not work. I'm holding out every hope they fix this within 24 hours. Under legislation for goods and services this is categorically one of the worst things to happen.. and unfortunately it happens alot with EA and the sims.. if it doesn't get fixed within 48 hours I'll be asking for a refund. This could go very wrong for EA and publicity. Their idea and release is obviously incredibly popular every sims fan is desperate to play the older games. But delivering it and it taking the worst possible flop is soul destroying. I don't think it's intended and there will be alot of overtime and continuous working to get this fixed as it's not just the fans, it's globally what went wrong and how they'll look. Gutted that it didn't work as intended. Will be even more gutted if refunds are handed to everyone and they shut it down and do it subtly without ever fixing it. That could really affect their fan base to. To tempt people with something so great and remove it off market again... 

yeah but u can  asking for refund  to 24 when u bought it and launch , or didnt launch to 14 days ? or something like that...

FYI, the good game guarantee (or whatever it's called) only lets you as for a refund within 24 hours of launching the game. There's a chance they might refund it anyway after that point, but I would get it sooner rather than later
