RESOLVED - TS2 Legacy recognizes own files as CC

I did a fresh install for the latest update and for some reason, the game is now recognizing some of its own files as CC. I have ZERO actual custom content installed. This is a completely vanilla installation.

When I play with CC disabled, it seems to run okay. However, if I enable these object files, the game experiences constant errors and is totally unplayable.

SOLUTION: uninstalled the game (again) then reinstalled in a different folder and this did not happen again.
