Teenager married to adult and disappearing sims

I had a two sim household A; mother and a teenage daughter and another 3 sim + pet household B; mother, father, daughter. 

I played another household C and tried to go back to the A (mother daughter) household to see the daughter had disappeared from the info panel. I searched for her and found her in the B family’s household and the B family’s mother missing. I loaded into the B household and it said my teenage sim from A household is married to the father of B household and the B household mother has disappeared completely.

When I loaded into the A household, mother from there was nowhere to be seen and there was a random glitched spinning elder there.

I’m so pissed of, it’s a new world that I’ve been making from scratch and my sims keep disappearing. I don’t have any motivation to play because it all just goes to waste.

I don’t have any mods and the save is new made when the sims 2 rereleased. Fix your game.
