Secret Society not Triggering

The Sims 2 Legacy...

So I have a Sim in Sim State University and they are not only friends 100 daily, but best friend 50+ lifetime with three Secret Society members, but have yet to be picked up by the limo and taken to the Secret Society hangout.

This is not my first glitch with Sims in college. The first was when I was trying to move in a college Sim into the main neighborhood by my Sim inviting them to move in and the move in action wasn't fully completing. I fixed this with cheats, but what's going on that college is so broken for Legacy Edition?

How can I fix the Secret Society glitch?
