Sim still can’t eat cooked food | New patch #3 does not work?

Hi all,A new Patch has recently been released showing that the bug has been fixed where Sims could no longer eat prepared food.However... my Sim still can't eat prepared food? The following tip is given ''In these cases, please try starting a fresh save as the game won't be able to correct the corruption, and working with corrupted saves may lead to unexpected behavior.'' What is meant by that?Is there anyone here who did manage to fix the problem with their own Sim?I have tried many things like removing Sim with 'boolprop' etc. Help me out!&nbsp;

My Sim had this bug before the 2nd patch. I had to create another Sim after installing 2nd patch to get rid of this bug.... The patch couldn't fix the original Sim and I had it removed.

Has anyone with this bug tried using a grill instead? I sent my starving sim to the Cooking Contest lot in Desiderata Valley and she was able to eat the hotdogs she grilled. Would also eat restaurant food, just not her own cooked food. I'm not attached to this sim as I've barely played with her so I'll just create a new one.&nbsp;

What they mean is that you should try starting a new neighbourhood, or if you’re using one of the hoods that the game already comes with, you can restore them by deleting your The Sims 2 Legacy folder and letting the game re-generate the neighbourhoods. Make sure to backup any mods in your Downloads folder and also Sims in your Saved Sims folder if you have any. :)
