Sims 2 bugs

I love the sims 2, and I was very excited to hear about the sims 2 legacy collection has been released. Unfortunately, Im experiencing bugs, the load screen for the community lot isn't loading correctly and a constant notice pops up with three options. These options are, cancel, reset and delete. No matter the option I choose it never works out.
