Sims 2 Collection

When I click to play with a family I get this error. I have been playing this game for years and never had a problem until like 2 weeks ago. 

I took it to geek squad and they said they fixed it , but here I am again. I did not purchase the new sims 1 and 2 games that were launched so I'm not sure why my game stopped working. Please help.
