The Bottom Half of the Screen is Pixelated

There were a couple of glitches during the loading screen but no big issue. As soon as I entered a neighborhood, the bottom half of my screen became pixelated and glitchy, making the game unplayable. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game. That's all I can think to do right now. I've got a Lenovo Windows 11 Home computer.

  • That doesn't look good. A couple of questions I can think of are, do you get any graphics issues in other games? If you don't then I guess the next question would be, have you installed any graphics mods for the game? I've seen a couple floating around so I figure I'd ask. What might help in diagnosing this, or at least ruling things out, would be something called a dxdiag report. If you've never used dxdiag before, EA have an article on how to use it to get your system info and post it in the forums. Here's the link https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

Hopefully there will be an easy fix for you.
