I can't get Sims 2 to open at all. It says it is, it's even claimed i've played for 13 minutes but it never full opens and completely freezes my computer. I have to use my keyboard to navigate to my task manager to shut it down manually, because the freeze renders my mouse totally useless. I don't know why I thought EA might actually release something that works.
Yeah - I was lucky to read about a lot of the bugs before I (didn't) buy the game. I've been wishing for the Sims 2 to come out again, because it was always my favorite Sims game, so this is really annoying - but what can we expect from EA? I haven't bought any expansion packs for TS4, for over a year, for the same reason. I don't want to keep paying for faulty products.
I really hope it gets fixed.
in case you need it you can allways buy it again if they should fix it but I found this youtube video with a guy that explains how to request a refund so I am gonna share with pretty much everyone I can as its not fair to make people pay fot stuoff that don´t even launch How To Refund A Game On EA (Quick Tutorial)
