Sims 2 crashes with no error message
I haven't played the game in months, but over the past week I've been trying to play. But within 20 minutes the game crashes with no error message. The EA App will still be open after it crashes. Idk...

Yeah, just delete the Sims 2 folder or move it out onto your desktop, then start up and let the game generate a new one. Sometimes that solves a myriad of issues and sometimes it solves nothing.
Unfortunately generating a new folder or turning off shadows did not work.
I'm sorry. That's frustrating. It could be an issue with your computer rather than the game. I'm not super savvy in that department, but you could make sure your graphics drivers are up to date and disable One Drive if you haven't already. Maybe try the Sims Reddit to see if they have anything more helpful.
