The Sims TeamDo you have any crash dumps you can share? I'm not seeing them in your .zip file.
Where i can obtain crash dumps ? My game crash randomly since the last update. I d'ont have a message before the crash.

It's possible the type of crash you're experiencing isn't triggering a crash dump if the .zip you attached previously contains the entirety of the Logs folder.
