Sims 2 Legacy Collection Crashing During Loading (steam)

 a month ago i played just fine and saved after making a house. the next day it just wouldnt open up at all. crashes mainly after the intro or during "loading manic mansions." ive done everything i c...

116ix​  To be clear, did you remove or rename the Sims 2 Legacy folder in Documents > EA Games?  If not, that would be the next step here.

If that doesn't or didn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
