sims 2 legacy collection randomly crashes mid-game.

Hello, The Sims 2 Legacy Collection runs smoothly and fine for me, with and without cc and mods. But after an hour or so (sometimes less) of gameplay, it will randomly exit the game without saving. ...

I too have this problem on my windows 11 pc. I also tried running the game in administrator and modifying to run windows 7 or less versions of the game. I do not have any cc and it still also causes this problem for me! I haven't been able to play the game since i bought it at release.
