Sims 2 legacy crashing on beach lots!!
Please fix this issue! Sims 2 legacy app keeps crashing when loading and also trying to build on a beach lot

Are you getting any error messages when the crash occurs?
Is this happening in a new neighborhood created after today's patch? You'll need to move or delete the Neighborhoods file in Documents -> EA Games -> The Sims 2 and a new Neighborhoods file will generate when you launch the game again.
