Sims 2 legacy edition issues since last patch

I just wanted to add my experience that many others have confirmed with me. The edge scrolling is completely broken since the last patch. I cannot change the resolution - the option is greyed out now...

    Hi all,

    This issue was resolved in today's patch:

    • It is possible for the keyboard to lose input focus and prevent the player from entering text
    • Edge-scrolling does not work

     

    If you're still experiencing this issue, please create a new thread so we can investigate into this further.

I completely agree. I play on a laptop and its really difficult to play with everything being so much smaller and without edge scrolling. I paid £24.99 for the game and I haven't been able to play since Friday when they brought out this awful update. I agree, EA need to release some sort of statement saying they are working on this.
