Sims 2 Legacy Not Launching / Working
Just purchased Sims 2 Legacy and it won't launch. Screen resolution will change, but game doesn't open, cant tab into game, no evidence that game is running other than dramatic resolution change. Please fix.

Please try running the game in windowed mode: Right-click on your Sims 2 icon and select Properties, at the end of the Target line add a space and type in "-w" without quotations, then save the changes.
When I right click on the icon on my desktop - I get an error message when trying to add the -w
I used to add this all the time when I played Sims 2, so not sure what's going wrong. I get the same message if I add it to the exe file in the TSBin
Running Windows 11 if that makes a difference
I caught my own mistake. I wasn't leaving a space before the -w
Posting in hopes that it helps someone else
Didn't work for me. Any other ideas?
