sims 2 not loading

Question

When trying to load the sims 2 its saying "needed files corrupted when installing, please re install" i have reinstalled it a couple of times and also repaired the game but still coming up with this error. Has anyone else managed to sort theirs?

I haven’t yet, I even spoke to an EA representative on the chat and they said about it and they said about reinstalling the EA app and to also re install the game. When I said nothing worked they offered me a refund&nbsp;
