Sims 2 re-release not launching
Hi!
Has anyone had a problem launching the sims 2?
Bought both of them with the birthday bundle.
Sims 1 working fine just , but 2 isn't loading. No error screen or anything.
Any Ideas? I'm so upset 😭

same issue here, i press launch and it just changes my resolution on my computer and doesn't load up.
I'm having the same situation but opposite. Sims 2 launches and works but Sims 1 just opens, closes, then relaunches EA app.
Same issue on my end, any fixes?

for some reason it starts as 32bit
What are your computer specs? I wonder if that has to do with playability?
is everyone using the EA app to play it? Like not Steam or Epic?

Using Steam, getting a DirectX 9 error and it won't load
It's both, I tried EA App first then Steam. Same issue, nothing loads.
