Still having the same issue.

I got a refund for The Sims 2 Legacy Edition the day before the patch came out. Seeing how they "fixed" the constant error that some files were corrupted and I need to reinstall...I went ahead and bought the game again. It is still not working. It still has the same error and I've tried everything. I'm sad. I want to play too. HELP. should I just get a refund again?
