Stuck on loading screen when traveling with more than one sim

There seems to be an issue with traveling. I have a family of five and everytime I try to go to a community lot the game get stuck on the loading screen. After I while it seems like the lot has loade...

I've the same issue after updating the latest patch. And my Sim is traveling alone, still loading forever 😔 can't play.

    Can you try generating a brand new neighborhood file please and let me know if this persists?

    You'll need to move or delete the Neighborhoods folder in Documents -> EA Games -> The Sims 2 and a new Neighborhoods file will generate when you launch the game again. Be sure to delete the entire Neighborhoods folder rather than deleting the sub-folders within that file.
