These are really great suggestions. Whereby I don't think the first point is bad at all from the point of view of saving time.

It would also be desirable:

In the settings for neighbouring properties, provide the player with a selection of the quality in which the LotImposters should be displayed. This means displaying other plots in greater detail.

Transfer graphic improvements from The Sims Stories and The Sims Castaway to The Sims 2 Legacy Collection

Bring back BodyShop, PackageInstaler and Homecrafter fully supported, please.

This mod adds the needed Windows Registry entries and creates the needed symlinks to get Bodyshop and Homecrafter working. I have not tried package Installer, as I use the Clean Installer. You can also get the Clean Installer to use the path to legacy as Default.
