The Sims 2 Legacy Collection - Kids disappear after restart + other problems

The game is running very smooth for me but, after everytime i restart my game and go back to my family where i have had a toddler and a child, the kids are gone. The parents still have memories from...

Keeps happening to me too. One time my child turned into a random man 🙈. It's so annoying.

    This happened to me too, I was so invested, I’m really upset. At least I’m not alone, I guess.
