The Sims 2 legacy collection not available for purchase ??EA app

Hi everyone, I tried to buy it but it shows as not available for purchase? also I can see under release date: Legal disclosures ? what is happening? Is it due to the many errors and crashes that is is temporarily not available ?  or was there only a limited time to get this ?
